Geography Challenge
Breakthrough Parents, make it a fun weekly activity for you and your child(ren) to research the answer to our new weekly geography question of the week. How will it work?
- We will post the question of the week in several places: on our website, on a poster in our entrance foyer, and on a flyer to put in your child's backpack. Students answer the question and submit to your classroom teacher by Thursday morning.
- The answer will be announced at Friday's Community Meeting each week and posted in the same places, as we add a new question for the next week.
- In January there will be a test containing the questions from the first half of the year in the Breakthrough Media Center for all children who would like to participate.
- Grades K-3 will have the questions read to them and grades 4-8 will work on their own in separate testing periods.
